    Made an order online because the guy I spoke to the day before clearly didn't know the catering menu and confused the heck out of me.

    Received the message that my work lunch order was running 25 minutes late. Called and spoke to a rude, female employee asking where it was. Received a bad appology and HUNG up on me.

    Horrible customer service, won't ever order at the Grand location nor from the company again. One and done!

    The manager, Felix, did a great job of managing a large order for over 15 people, 3 days in a row.  The orders were accurate, fast, and tasty.  No complaints at all.  Nicely done!

    I've been to a decent number of Jimmy John's locations.  I'm not their biggest fan but I would like to think that I've eaten at their stores often enough that I have a pretty good handle on their products.  That said, this is categorically and unequivocally the very WORST location I've ever visited.  They literally got nothing right on our recent visit.  They couldn't even figure out how to give me a little bit of dijon mustard on the side when I was dining-in.  The bread was hard, the vegetables sparse, the bacon under-cooked, the sandwich sloppy and the service sloooooooow beyond words.

    Freaky bad!!!

    Just ate a little lunch box today with the Vito and salt n vinegar chips. It was awesome and the pickle was great. Finished it off with an oatmeal cookie, which was huge and delicious. All the people working were engaged and friendly
